Updated consulate registration system

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has launched an updated e-queue with easier registration and more free seats. From now on, you can book a visit to the consulate using the Diya service or an electronic key, at the link e-consul.gov.ua.

Main changes and new features:

• Registration immediately for half a year in advance — now it is possible to plan a visit in advance.
• A system for confirming an appointment 30, 7 and 3 days before the visit. This will help free up slots if someone cannot come, and will give others a chance to register.
• The ability to add children to the appointment — now you can get more services in one visit.
• Protection from “intermediaries” — mechanisms for combating dishonest users have been strengthened.

The updated service also allows you to:
- Easily manage your appointment through an updated account.
- Use services that automatically check the availability of necessary documents for men of draft age.
- Book a visit even for the coming days if someone cancels their appointment.
