SINP is updating the requirements for the Existing Work Permit subcategory.
What has changed? Candidates working in TEER "4" and "5" occupations according to the NOC classification will now be able to apply to the program with a work permit based on LMIA, Francophone Mobility, and CUAET.
Previously, holders of work permits issued based on CUAET did not have this option when working under TEER "4" and "5" (for example, truck drivers NOC 73300 with a CUAET work permit).
