As a reminder, the re-registration period for Ukrainians who previously had TPS runs from January 17 to March 18, 2025. Be sure to apply on time - if you do not, you may lose your TPS status.
You can apply to USCIS online or by mail. If you currently have a pending TPS or employment authorization application (Form I-821 or I-765), you do not need to re-file either of these applications. If USCIS approves your pending applications, they will be valid until October 19, 2026.
