Ukrainians who arrived in Canada before March 31, 2024 under the CUAET program and are still in Canada can still obtain a new Open Work Permit or extend their current work permit.
You can apply for an extension until March 31, 2025, and the validity of the new permit will, as before, be 3 years from the date of issue.
